vacant staging

Vacant home staging allows us to make a huge impact by creating an emotional connection with buyers. We bring in everything from the furniture to the rugs, wall decor and accessories so you don't have to worry about a thing!

occupied staging

With occupied staging, we use your current furnishings so the home shows beautifullv in pictures and showings. We will remove, relocate and repurpose items in the home.

consultations

Our pre-listing consultations are designed to help prepare your home for photos and showings. We will provide you with a 2 hours, in person consultation and a detailed home prep report with tips and tricks to make your home stand out from from the rest.

install day

The home is "staged ready" and our movers and designers get to work on the spaces we agreed upon.

de-stage day

Your home is sold, so we return after all contingencies have been removed to remove our furnishings.

The home assessment is where we meet, measure and plan your home's design story and prepare your custom proposal.
